Products Planning
We rely on self-developed platform technology and focuses on key powder materials in the third/fourth generation semiconductor industry chain. It has laid out multiple products, including Ceramic grade AIN powder, Semiconductor grade AIN powder, 4H-SiC, 3C-SiC, synthetic quartz, etc., which are widely used in semiconductor substrates, chip thermal management, special structural components, and other fields.
